About the instructor
I started dance in my late thirties, after decades of feeling too intimidated to start late in life. Today, dance is the source of such joy and well-being that I can’t imagine life without it. And what really kicked it off? Finding Rizzmic®. Not long after I started taking classes, I became certified as an instructor. I’m so thrilled to bring the magic of Rizzmic® to others.
Stepping into a dance class as an adult is scary, and I’ve been there. But thankfully I did, and today I am jumping-up-and-down with encouragement for those who are nervous to give it a shot.
There’s a world of incredible joy just waiting for you—and everything gets easier with practice.
So come dance with me!
Can I bring a friend?
YES!!! Please feel free to invite your friends. Once capacity has been met, tickets will no longer be available.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable fitness clothing and cross training shoes are recommended over running shoes, but any athletic shoe will work. If you have dance shoes, a jazz sneaker or shoe that allows you to turn is ideal.
What should I bring?
Be sure to bring a water bottle—this class will make you sweat.
I’d like to go but I don’t have anyone to go with. And I’m a bit nervous, soo….
if you’re coming solo, arrive 15 minutes beforehand for a brief intro and to meet others. This is a great place to feel totally comfortable arriving by yourself.
What’s the parking situation?
The club has plenty of free parking available.
